A fastening element (1) has a fastening part (2) arranged so as to be movable in a holder (4) which is intended to be fastened on a first structural part which is to be connected to a second structural part by means of a screw joint. The fastening part is movable in the holder but is limitedly turnable relative to it. In a starting position, the fastening part is essentially centred in a cutout (3) in the holder by means of at least one deformable fixing member (5) which connects the fastening part and the holder and can be made in one piece with these. |
