<p>PURPOSE:Not to be unreasonably operated to accelerate, even at operating a governor lever while strongly gripping it on the speed increase side in error by an operator, to insure safety. CONSTITUTION:In the vicinity of at least either of a pair of right and left control handles 1A, 1A, governor levers 11, 11 for setting running speed capable of together gripping and operating are arranged, and the gvernor levers 11, 11 and a brake means 18 are cooperated each other through an operating means 22 to operate the brake means 18, interlocking with operation of the governor levers 11, 11 on the higher speed side of the setting speed.</p> |
