A hand brake lever (11) and entrainment lever (12) are formed together in one piece and the side part (1b) of the housing between the hand brake lever and entrainment lever has an opening for the entrainment lever. The opening is shaped as a key hole with the wider part holding the axis (9). The hand brake lever which is mounted outside of the housing is operated independently of the run-up brake device. The hand brake lever and entrainment lever can be connected by a common sleeve (15) through which the axis is pushed. |
