SUBSTANCE: axial-flow fan has bush made in form of cylindrical sleeve, plate-type or profiled blades; lateral surface of each blade is made in form of fragment of cylindrical shell formed by intersection of two cylindrical surfaces inserted one into other; their axes are parallel forming lines of intersection at right angle with axis of shell; ratio of radii of cylindrical surfaces ranges from 1.6 to 2.0 and distance between their axes relative to fan impeller radius ranges from 0.15 to 0.4; leading and trailing edges of blades are formed by intersection of shell by outer and inner cylindrical surfaces; blade is fitted on bush in such position that line passing through centers of root and tip chords of blade forms right angle with axis of fan; inner end surface of bush and its cylindrical portion are provided with L-shaped stiffeners in radial directions; ratio of height of these stiffeners to diameter of bush ranges from 0.03 to 0.1.
