SOLUTION: This maintenance method has a state reporting stage 10 for a maintained-side computer 1 which outputs information regarding its trouble in such a case, a program selection stage 20 for a maintaining-side computer 2 which selects a program for solving the trouble and a file for running the program, etc., receiving the information and comparing the information with data in a database 3, a program output stage 30 for the computer 2 which outputs the selected program, etc., a program receiving stage 40 for the maintained-side computer 1 which receives the selected program, etc., and a maintenance stage 50 which runs the received program to automatically perform maintenance. |
