PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD-R/RW disk in which security is assured. SOLUTION: Each of CD-R/RW disks 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 is a CD-R/RW disk being at least one of CD-R disk and a CD-RW disk. Data are recorded in at least a partial area of the recording area of the CD-R/RW disk by a first encoding system which requires key data for decoding, which only a specified person can access, at the time of read. For example, the CD-R/RW disk 20 is provided with a recording area 22 which is provided on the inner peripheral side of the recording face of the disk and in which data are recorded by a second encoding system being a conventional encoding system which does not require key data, and a recording area 24 which is provided on the outside of the recording area 22 and in which data are recorded by the first encoding system.
