PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas radiation monitor and an exhaust gas radiation monitor system that can continuously analyze nuclides at an early stage, and at the same time, can accurately detect generation of radiation of small nuclides due to the slight damage of fuel, or the like. SOLUTION: This exhaust gas radiation monitor measures radiation concentration in an exhaust gas in a nuclear power station, has a sampling piping and device 1 and 2 that introduce the exhaust gas to a low-radiation region, a gas sampler 3 that is provided in the sampling piping with reduced energy state of a gamma rays for passing, a shielding body 4 for shielding radiation that covers the gas sampler, a gamma-ray measurement means that measures a gamma-ray spectrum from the gas sampler, and a storage means that stores a measurement signal from the gamma-ray measurement means, samples the exhaust gas from a gas waste treatment system, and measures the spectrum of the gamma rays from a sampling gas, thus detecting the damage of fuel.
