PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that can apply color correction in matching with a visual sense to color image data and easily estimate the image after the correction even before the image is not corrected. SOLUTION: The image processor consists of an L*C*h conversion section 1 that receives color image data from a scanner or the like via an image input section 7 and converts the image data into data of the L*C*h color system, an L*C*/h branch section 2 that branches the L*C*h converted by the conversion section into L*, C* and h, an operation entry section 3 by which a user enters a color correction condition consisting of a lightness difference and a saturation difference, a correction input branch section 4 that branches and distributes the data in response to the operation of the operation entry section 3, a color correction difference arithmetic section 5 that applies correction arithmetic operation to the L* data and the C* data on the basis of the difference data consisting of the lightness difference and the saturation difference entered by the operation entry section 3, a color correction section 6 that integrates the L* data and the C* data corrected by the arithmetic section 5 and the h data branched by the L*C*/h branch section 2 and an output section 8 that provides an output. |
