PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated impedance element which is improved in reliability by increasing the binding force between external electrodes and the surface of a magnetic material. SOLUTION: A conductor coil is provided in a ceramic layer by laminating the ceramic layer composed of a magnetic or nonmagnetic material and a conductor layer upon another and simultaneously sintering the layers and forming external electrodes on the end faces of the laminated body on which the leads of the conductor coil are exposed. The end faces are irradiated with excimer UV rays before the external electrodes are formed.
