PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact remote control device by reducing a jog shuttle. SOLUTION: The switching between the jog and shuttle modes is made by raising or lowering the jog shuttle 3. The mode switching is performed by using a switch, while the operational control is performed by a control switch, so that the structure is simplified and the device is made compact. A control switch 22 and a changeover switch 23 are arranged to be housed inside in the jog shuttle 3 when it is lowered, making the whole device thinner.
