<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic equipment provided with a cover combinedly used for the cover of a display screen, an operating part and a terminal for external connection as well when the number of parts and the number of pieces to be assembled are small and a main body has the operating part and the terminal for external connection. SOLUTION: The cover 108 protects a liquid crystal display device 110 so that an operating key does not have a malfunction. Since a rotary shaft 109 of the cover 108 is fixed by a projection 107 of a slide groove 106, the cover 108 keeps this position as well. When using a main body 101, when a finger is placed on a projection 201 for slide and the force in an arrow direction (a) is applied to the cover 108, the rotary shaft 109 moves over the projection 107 and the cover 108 slides in the arrow direction. After the cover is slid to (b), the cover 108 is turned in the arrow direction (b) and the cover 108 is turned to the back of the main body 101. Afterwards, by sliding the cover 108 in an arrow direction (c) again, the liquid crystal display device 110 becomes a usable state and when the rotary shaft 109 moves over the projection 107 again and is fixed by the projection 107, the cover 108 can be fixed and held so as not to disturb anything.</p> |
