PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive ball-mounting device for improving productivity regardless of the spacing between connection terminals being formed at a package. SOLUTION: A carrier means for carrying a package 47 between supply and mount positions, a package mount 54 for positioning the package 47 being carried into the mount position, a container 57 for accommodating a conductive ball, a container 59 for receiving flux, a pair of columns 68 and 89, an alignment mask 87 that can travel between the mount position and the container 57 at the column 68, and a flux-supplying tool that is supported so that it can travel between the mount position and the container 59 at the column 89.
