PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device, capable of realizing air-tightness and water-tightness at a low cost and excellent in workability in the execution of works. SOLUTION: A connecting member 15 is provided at a plurality of connecting parts of ventilating members comprising a connecting and ventilating member 14 for connecting a ventilating member 9, communicated with outdoor, and is formed of an elastic material. The connecting member 15 is formed integrally with an indoor communicating and ventilating member 7, formed of a rigid material forming a ventilating route 16, whereby a labor for bonding a packing can be omitted and air-tightness as well as water-tightness can be realized by the connecting member 15 thereby permitting the obtaining of a ventilating device, excellent in the workability in the execution of works.
