PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device, a method therefor, and a storage medium, by which contents can more easily be utilized again by facilitating the retrival of even an original document where the contents to be reutilized exist in the document over plural pages. SOLUTION: When a user moves a cursor to desired contents and selects these contents by operating a mouse (step S1), the page number of a thumb nail, where these selected contents are included, is determined (step S2), it is discriminated whether the thumb nail of the determined page number is displayed on a display at present or not (step S3), and when the relevant thumb nail is not displayed, the thumb nail of that page number is displayed (step S4). When the relevant thumb nail is displayed, the step S4 is skipped and an area, where the contents selected in the step S1 are located, in the displayed thumb nail is inverted and displayed (step S5). |
