<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic control device, which can realize simultaneous rewriting with one rewriting power source circuit in the on-vehicle electronic control device mounting plural flash memories. SOLUTION: An ECU 100 is provided with a rewrite power source circuit 110, flash memories 125, 135 incorporated in microcomputers 120, 130. A rewrite, voltage Vpp is supplied to respective flash memories 125, 135 by the power source circuit 110. Capacitors 141, 142 for suppressing variations in rewrite voltage are arranged respectively nearby rewrite voltage applying terminals in a rewrite voltage applying line Lvpp from the power source circuit 110 to respective flash memories 125, 135. Line width or line length of each rewrite voltage applying line between respective flash memories is set to W or L1 by which desired inductance component and capacitance component are obtained.</p> |
