PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing system, an information distributing server, a terminal and a recording medium, which can easily, suitably and speedily distribute information. SOLUTION: Concerning the information distributing system having plural terminals 100 and the information distributing server 80 connected through the internet 70, the terminal 100 has a connection accepting part 114 for accepting the distribution request for information, a communication control part 118 for establishing and maintaining a communication path with the information distributing server 80, a financial information receiving part 120 for receiving information transmitted from the information distributing server 80 through the communication path and a financial information display part 122 for displaying the information and the information distributing server 80 has an information distribution communication control part 86 for establishing and maintaining the communication path with the terminal 100, which accepts the distribution request of information, an information fetching control part 82 for inputting information and a distributing processing part 84 for transmitting information through the communication path to the terminal 100.
