PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electric part for stabilizing the position relation of a bobbin and a core against the large change or impact of an environment such as a temperature, and for realizing mechanical stabilization against any impact or vibration. SOLUTION: Mounting members 58 and 59 are arranged so as to be projected downward at frame-shaped flanges 55 and 56 at the both edges of a cylindrical part 52 of a bobbin 54. Bar-shaped spacers 86 and 87 are placed on the cores in a state that two cores 83 and 84 are inserted into a middle hole 57, and a plate-shaped spacer 88 is arranged on the upper faces at a higher position than the bobbin 54. A first constituting part 91A of a spring member 91 pressurizes the cores 83 and 84 downward through the plate-shaped spacer 88, and fourth and fifth constituting parts 91D and 91E pressurize the lower edge of the bobbin 54 upward so that they can be positioned without generating any clearance.
