PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily mountable C-ring gasket holder for preventing coming off or displacement of a C-ring gasket. SOLUTION: A receiving hole 11 for holding the C-ring gasket B and a C-ring gasket taking-in hole 12 sufficiently larger than the receiving hole 11 and connected to it through a passage hole 13 are drilled in an elastically deformable thin metal plate 10 composing the holder A1. The receiving hole 11 is similar in shape to bent portion 15 of the C-ring gasket B and its curved part is 75%, and the C-ring gasket B taken in the taking-in hole 12 is shifted and pressed into the receiving hole 11 and held.
