PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting the crack of the inner wall surface of a tunnel with high reliability and workability by making it easy to grasp a crack state to display the same. SOLUTION: In a method for detecting the crack of the inner wall surface 20 of a tunnel 21, the inner wall surface 20 is photographed by a camera 31 and the obtained image data is subjected to image processing to perform the extraction, quantification processing of the crack with respect to each of the small divided sections of the inner wall surface 20 to perform output display at every small section. The detected crack data of the inner wall surface 20 are calculated with respect to all of a large number of the continuous small sections 20 to be displayed along with a crack distribution diagram 70.
