PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of reducing the frequency of access to a large capacity memory in the reading of measurement data before generation of a trigger signal. SOLUTION: In this measuring device for controlling the storage of measurement data on the basis of the trigger signal, a semiconductor memory and a mass storage memory are provided as measurement data storing means, the measurement data are stored in the semiconductor memory until the trigger signal is generated, and the measurement data after the generation of the trigger signal is stored in the large capacity memory.
