PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work, certainly prevent abrasion of a rotor, and prevent damage of an adjacent member. SOLUTION: In a rotor device 10 for transferring a rotation of a driving shaft 4 in the arrow L direction to a driven shaft 5 from a driving gear through an intermediate gear 2 and a driven gear 3, a flange portion 7 is provided on the end surface of the upside of the driven gear 3, and a projecting member 8 is integrally provided on the end surface of the upside of the intermediate gear 2. The outer diameter of the flange portion 7 is larger than that of a tip circle of the driven gear 3, and a part of the bottom of the flange portion 7 that extends outside the driven gear 3 faces to a part of the end surface of the upside of the intermediate gear 2. A projecting member 8 has an annular plane shape of which outer diameter is smaller than a root circle of the intermediate gear 2, and facedly contacts to the bottom of the flange portion 7 at a part of its upper surface. The contact between the flange portion 7 and the projecting member 8 defines an axial position of the intermediate gear 2. In other words, the contact of the upper surface of the projecting member 8 to the bottom of the flange portion 7 regulates upward movement of the intermediate gear 2 that vertically movably engages with the outside of an intermediate shaft 6.
