摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current amplifier circuit that can make an arithmetic operation even for an input signal at a high-speed with a low input current and have less circuit factor error in spite of a comparatively small circuit scale. SOLUTION: A base and a collector of a transistor(TR) Q1, a base of a TR Q2, and a base of a TR Q3 whose collector is connected to a power supply are connected to an input terminal 1, a base and a collector of a TR Q5, a base of a TR Q6, and a base of a TR Q7 whose collector is connected to a power supply are connected to an input terminal 2. Each emitter of the TRs Q1 and Q3 is connected to an emitter of a TR Q4, and each emitter of the TRs Q5 and Q7 is connected to an emitter of a TR Q8 respectively. One terminal of a current source 6 is connected to a collector of the TR Q2 and a base of the TR Q4 and one terminal of a current source 7 is connected to a collector of the TR Q6 and a base of the TR Q8 respectively. A voltage source 5 is connected to each emitter of the TRs Q2 and Q6. Each of input terminals 8 and 9 of a companding circuit 14 having a voltage source 13 and a current source 12 in its inside is connected to each collector of the TRs Q4 and Q8 respectively. The current amplifier circuit is configured through the connection above and by selecting an emitter area of the TRs Q3 and Q7 to be (n-1), where the emitter area of the TRs Q1 and Q5 is selected to be '1'.
