PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of an apparatus for transmitting/ receiving data by using a short distance radio communication. SOLUTION: Attribute information showing the attribute of a host apparatus is inputted in accordance with the installation of the host equipment and a protocol stack consisting of at least one protocol among a plurality of protocols is constructed, based on attribute information. The data transmission/reception of the host apparatus are controlled through a logic interface (service access point).
