A cryptic magnetic doorstop, which includes a fitting member (2) fixed under the door. Said fitting member (2) has a locating concave region (22) and a cant (23) succeed to it; a fitting member (3) fixed on the ground, which has a cavity; an active bonding member (4) which is received in said cavity of the fitting member (3) fixed on the ground by up and down sliding. The top of said active bonding member (4) is received in the locating concave region (22); and said top of active bonding member (4) is closed to the ground. In both fitting member (2) fixed under the door and active bonding member (4), at least one has magnetism to attract with the other.
