AUTOMATIC LEARNING SYSTEM OF AREA TO WHICH TELEPHONE CALL IS MADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select area information to which a user frequently makes a call or area information which takes the most expensive telephone call based on the telephone use situation of the user by processing area information which is read from a number that the user dials and the frequency of dialing. SOLUTION: Information is collected by using area information and frequency counter. A low price telephone company judgment table is generated based on the collected information. A user reads the access number of a low price telephone company from the table based on the opposite telephone number that the user dials and present time information and adds the access number to the head of the opposite telephone number.
