PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of hermetical sealing liner which sufficiently ensure an effect of hermetical sealing against the upper end of a mouth/neck part of a can without deforming a curled part at the upper end of the mouth/neck part while being available for smooth opening and closing of the cap. SOLUTION: A hermetical sealing liner for cap for screwed can is in a structure wherein an external wall 15a of an internal annular rib 15 and an internal wall 17a of an external annular rib 17 are respectively inclined so as to form a chevron in the longitudinal section with an annular flat face 16 between the internal and external walls being the top of the chevron, and the internal annular rib is positioned at a point diametrally closer to the inside than the center O of the curl of a curled part 21 at a mouth/neck part 2 of a screwed can while the external annular rib is positioned at a point diametrally closer to the outside when a cap 1 is put on the mouth/neck part 2 of the screwed can, making the internal wall of the external annular rib only contact with the curled part, and when the cap is mounted onto the mouth/neck part of the screwed can, the lower end of a part where the external annular rib and the curled part are closely brought into contact with each other is positioned at a point lower than the center O of the curl of the curled part. |
