PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic plate capable of effectively manufacturing the plate in which a rugged pattern coincides with a color pattern in a high yield. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an inorganic plate comprises the steps of dry press molding a raw powder for molding a plate material containing a lime component, and molding a material plate 1 having a rugged surface. The method further comprises the steps of covering the overall rugged surface of the plate 1 with a coloring powder 2 in a predetermined thickness (e.g. about 0.5 to 8 mm), and then scraping the powder. The method further comprises the steps of then supplying water onto the plate by atomizing, dropping or the like, and then filling and curing the plate 1 in an autoclave 3 or a vapor curing tank. |
