PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly move and position a partition plate in an apparatus for moving and positioning the plate used for a form for molding, for example, an aerated light-weight concrete(ALC) panel or the like. SOLUTION: The apparatus for moving and positioning a partition plate 2 disposed in a form 1 for molding a panel or the like comprises a pair of holders 17 for holding both ends of the plate 2, and a drive means for horizontally moving both the holders 17 synchronously. For example, the holders 17 are vertically movably provided at a slider 15 along a pair of guide rails 14 through a fluid cylinder 16, and the slider 15 is reciprocatingly moved by a pair of chains 22 or the like synchronously.
