PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture product containing Bacillus subtilis cells in which vitamin K derivatives are stored in the largest amount and/or such the products as released from the cells. SOLUTION: This culture product containing Bacillus subtilis cells and/or their products, obtained by culturing the Bacillus subtilis and then recovering the cells and/or their products before vitamin K indoor its derivatives produced in the cells of the Bacillus subtilis are released from the cells, and the water-soluble vitamin K derivatives originated from the culture product, the medicine, food and feed containing the vitamin K derivatives, and the method for producing the materials.
