PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine vessel constituted to make effective use of both rotational energy of bilge vortex and rotational energy of propeller back wash. SOLUTION: This energy-saving marine vessel has a vessel form having the bilge vortex center 2a below the center axis of a propeller 3 near the position of the propeller 3, and has one fin 4 each on either board in front of the propeller 3 having a downward camber with its blade end part positioned almost at the center 2a of the bilge vortex, and rudder fins 7 extending crosswise from both faces of a rudder 6.
