PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of easily realizing various vibration absorbing characteristics, having the small thickness in the laminated direction, and convenient in use. SOLUTION: The vibration control device comprises a pair of elastic members 4, 6 halving projecting and recessed parts on the front surfaces, and an intermediate member 8 formed of a gel material into a flat shape and to be pinched between the elastic members 4, 6. The intermediate member 8 is arranged between the elastic members 4, 6 and pressed from both sides in the arranging direction of respective members 4, 6 and 8 to be, integrated. At this time, the intermediate member 8 is pressed and deformed according to the shape of the projecting and recessed parts to form an intermediate layer having the shape along the projecting and recessed parts and bonded to both elastic members 4, 6. In the intermediate layer (the intermediate member 8), the spring constant is changed by the thickness and the load to be applied from both sides of the elastic members 4, 6, and vibration characteristics of the vibration control device 2 is changed. Accordingly, the thickness of the intermediate member 8 to be used is suitably selected according to the load to be applied to the vibration control device 2 to provide, desired vibration characteristics.
