PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device capable of performing sure wiping operation by changing the attach angle of a wiper in a simple structure. SOLUTION: This wiper device 1 has a wiper arm tilting mechanism 7 built in a wiper arm 8 and capable of tilting the wiper arm 8 against the wiping surface to change the attach angle of the wiper blade when the wiper arm 8 slides on the wiping surface with a driving arm 6 reciprocatingly rotating by the power given from a link mechanism 3.
