PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocked transfer sheet of which the transfer adhesive layer is so formed that it can be cut in conformity with a pattern or a letter presented in an original plate, without impairing the edge of a cutter. SOLUTION: A transfer adhesive layer formed on the whole of the upper ends of short fibers erected in a flocked sheet is constituted by a process wherein a thin film layer constituted of a thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive presenting a crosslinking reaction to fix the tips of the short fibers in the thickness of a state of being thrust, and a film of thermoplastic synthetic resin, are fused in a laminated state with powder of the thermoplastic synthetic resin interposed.
