PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer belt being excellent in toner releasing property and a paper sheet separating property by adopting a simple processing stage without using expensive resin material, with regard to the transfer belt adopted to a copying machine or the like. SOLUTION: As for the transfer belt being adopted in a transferring part of a copying machine, a surface layer section opposite to a photoreceptor at least drum is composed of the composition incorporating polymer having a double combination, being irradiated/processed with ultraviolet rays.
