PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the temperature of aggregate for concrete which can secure a large amount of water inexpensively, adjust the temperature of the aggregate easily at a target value in an appropriate time, and curtail a concrete production time, an apparatus for the method, and a method for producing concrete. SOLUTION: Temperature adjusting water produced by a temperature adjusting water production machine 6 is added/mixed to/with natural water supplied from a river to produce cool water of a target temperature, and the cool water is sprinkled on the aggregate 10 in an aggregate storage bin 2 by a sprinkler 12. The cool water flows down in the gaps of the aggregate to cool the aggregate 10 in the bin 2. The temperature of the cooled aggregate conveyed from the bin 2 by the second belt conveyer 3 is measured by an infrared temperature sensor 36, and when the measured temperature of the aggregate exceeds a preset target value, the aggregate discharge opening 15 of the bin 2 is closed, and the cool water is sprinkled again from the upper part of the bin 2.
