DEVICE FOR INSPECTING MESHING CONDITION BETWEEN MALE SCREW MEMBER AND FEMALE SCREW MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspecting a meshing condition between a male screw member and a female screw member as objects to be inspected when a relative position thereof is in a specific condition and evaluating the meshed condition. SOLUTION: In this inspection device 1, screws which are a nut 2 and a bolt 3 (see figure 2) are objects to be inspected and both screws are made to approach by an approaching means to start meshing under a condition where one of the screws (nut 2 in the example) is rotated by a rotating means provided with a motor and the like while the other screw (bolt 3 in the example) is fixed. An extent of adaptation between both screws can be inspected by optionally setting the relative position thereof assumed to be generated in an actual working and starting meshing under the condition to evaluate quality by an evaluating means.
