METHOD FOR CRACKING CHLORINATED DIOXINS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning contaminated soil by efficiently cracking the chlorinated dioxins contained in the soil, ash and water contaminated with the chlorinated dioxins discharged from incineration equipments for municipal refuse and industrial wastes. SOLUTION: This method for cracking the chlorinated dioxins consists in bringing the soil, ash and water after the soil, ash and water containing the chlorinated dioxins is subjected to treatment to decrease sundry germs living in the water into contact with a microorganism having crackability of the chlorinated dioxins or an enzyme produced by the microorganisms.
