PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device forming a columnar consolidated body in the great depth without using a triple pipe or adding the triple pipe in a jet grouting method. SOLUTION: An underground columnar consolidated body land formation device is equipped with a triple pipe swivel 17 hung on a cable 12 of a crane car 10, a telescopic pipe 20 is held by a front frame 14 of the crane car 10, a triple pipe 15 consisting of a plurality of pipes is provided to the lower end of the triple pipe swivel 17, a drilling and a water injection monitor 16 are provided to the lower end of the triple pipe 15, an extra-high voltage water hose B, a compressed air hose C and a hardener hose D are respectively connected to the triple pipe swivel 17, and the telescopic pipe 20 is constituted of a plurality of pipes locked with each other in the rotational direction. The triple pipe 15 is also locked with the telescopic pipe 20 in the rotational direction.
