PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform normal cutting by impeding a deformation escape even for a cut workpiece of cut maximum diameter and smaller than it. SOLUTION: This cutting implement, comprising a receiving unit 8 having a receiving recessed part 6 receiving a cut workpiece 2 of external peripheral circular shape and a cutting unit 7 pivotally supported relating to this receiving unit 8 to have a cutting blade 7A for cutting the cut workpiece 2 in the receiving recessed part 6 by turning, is provided with an auxiliary receiving member 15 having at least one receiving surface 15a, 15b, 15c suppressing deformation by receiving the cut workpiece 2 in cooperation with the receiving recessed part 6 in the receiving unit 8, and provided with a position setting means 17 fixing the receiving surface 15a, 15b, 15c changed into an acting position and a refuge taking position between these auxiliary receiving member 15 and receiving unit 8.
