PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method which uses unutilized organic resources containing hazardous heavy metals of fishery wastes, or the like, as recyclable resources and is advantageous in terms of cost effectiveness. SOLUTION: This resource recovery and regeneration method for the heavy metal-containing utilized organic resources consists in ionizing the heavy metals contained in the unutilized organic resources containing the hazardous heavy metals by microorganisms and enzyme produced by the microorganisms, then adsorbing and separating the heavy metals by using media, such as chelate resins and inorganic chelating agents.
