PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small-sized scissors capable of cutting a straight line and a right angle securely and by a prescribed size without requiring a large space for the scissors to be put on, etc., in cutting a small-sized picture to be used for various certificates or a piece of masking paper to be used for partly correcting a document. SOLUTION: The scissors have a member for mounting an article to be cut on one side, and a right angle guide member with scales, which is at a right angle to the edge of the blade, is mounted on the member. Therefore, the scissors can cut a straight line and a right angle.
