PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer failures because of ink moisture or prevent image failures and cleaning failures because of ink adhesion to a photoreceptor in an image-forming apparatus having image-forming parts of an electrophotographic system and an ink-jet system. SOLUTION: The apparatus has an image-forming part A for forming images by an electrophotographic system, an image-forming part B for forming images by an ink-jet system, and a paper feed part C for storing and feeding papers. A paper fed from a paper feed cassette 14 or a manual insertion tray 17 is sent through a first and a second ink-jet units 10 and 11 of the image-forming part B. Ink on the paper is roughly heated by heating by a heat roller 13a. Further, the paper is sent through a nip between a photoreceptor 1 and a transfer roller 5 of the image-forming part A via a paired resist roller 8 and delivered outside through a fixing device 7 and a paired delivery roller 9. |
