PURPOSE: A process for making decor sheet is provided to reduce the cost and improve productivity by simplifying production process by directly printing on the front of transparent sheet layer without the colored sheet layer. CONSTITUTION: A process for making decor sheet includes directly forming the front printing layer to be wanted through gravure printing on the back of transparent or semitransparent sheet made of polypropylene. The primer layer is formed at the bottom of the printing layer to improve adhesive force. Lustrous or lusterless chemical treatment is performed on the top of the transparent or semitransparent sheet. The polypropylene is OPP(Oriented Polypropylene) or CPP(Casting Polypropylene). The transparent or semitransparent sheet layer is from o.1 to 0.15mm in thickness.
