Tilt plates 5, 6, 7, 8 are provided on the outer peripheral edges of the upper face 22 of the tread member 2 so that they are made flat when applied with a load, and lugs 9 are provided on the upper face 22 of the tread member 2 along the inner edge sections 51, 61, 71, 81 of the tilt plates 5, 6, 7, 8.
