ARTIFICIAL STONE PLATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior finishing and external facing artificial stone place combined with a substantially uniform smoothed surface as earthy feeling near to a natural stone and excellent in massive feeling and flame resistance. SOLUTION: The artificial stone plate is constituted of a board layer formed in the form of ups and downs rich in irregularity, a plate layer molded in the form of ups and downs along the rolling of the rear face of the board layer, and a multicolor pattern coating coated along the rolling of the surface of the board layer. The multicolor pattern coating of the surface of the board layer is substantially uniformly smooth while the up and down shapes are maintained, and the composite layer of the board layer and the multicolor patter coating layer satisfies the performance of flame resistant second grade regulated on JIS A 1321 of the interior finishing material of a building and the flame resistant test method of a construction method.
