PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glaucoma diagnostic equipment that can measure the thickness of fiber bundle of optic nerve by improving optical system of existing fundus cameras. SOLUTION: The glaucoma diagnostic equipment comprising an illumination optical system 20 that illuminates fundus oculi 41 with a circular polarized illumination light, an imaging optical system 21 equipped with a CCD camera 5 that takes images of fundus oculi with an reflected light from a fundus oculi 41, wherein a polarized filter 42 composed of repeated unit of small plate parts is set integrally on the imaging face 5a of the CCD camera 5, that are composed of a polarized micro plate that transmits linear polarized component crossing each other and the polarized micro plate that transmits the linear polarized component that crosses with both polarized component of illumination and reflected light.
