PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unstableness of discharge amount from each opening part of a dispenser for a highly viscous substance and to control the discharge amount with little unevenness. SOLUTION: A discharge means comprises a plurality of opening parts 13 arranged in a prescribed direction and in the opening part arrangement region, the shape of the container cross-section perpendicular to the arrangement direction and in the side in which a liquid coating material 10 is set is so formed as to have a V-shape 121 narrowed toward the lower part, a groove part 122 perpendicular to the lower part is so formed in the tip of the narrowed V-shape as to be wider than the opening width of the opening parts, a groove part toward the lower side is so formed along the tip end part in the tip end part of the lower side of the V-shape as to be wider than the opening width of the opening parts and as to be continued from the V-shape part as an inside part of the container, and the opening parts are so formed at prescribed pitches as to be continued from the groove part in approximately the center part in the tip in the lower side of the groove part. The bottom 122A of the groove part surrounding the opening part region is shaped to be a taper 123 toward the lower side in the region from the groove part side wall 122B side to the opening part side wall.
