PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter having a constitution capable of getting a traveling stability along the shallow plowed part formed in the direction same as the direction of planting furrow. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is provided with a mobile body 11 having traveling members positioned on a planting furrow M as a transplantation object and on an adjacent planting furrow M' and a transplanting part 11A held on the mobile body 11 to perform the transplantation of a seedling N. The transplanter is further provided with a direction controlling wheel 21 rolling in a state bestriding a shallow plowed part M1 existing in the planting furrow M. The direction controlling wheel 21 is provided with flanges 21A positioned at both sides of the shallow plowed part M1 and a drum 21B continuing between both flanges 21A and positioned above the shallow plowed part M1.
