PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far infrared ray thermal therapeutic apparatus of which the handling is safe while in a conventional far infrared ray thermal medical treatment apparatus, the ceramic head is exposed from the sleeve, and there is fear that the ceramic head may be broken when being dropped. SOLUTION: The whole of the ceramic head is covered with a porous sleeve made of a thermal conductive metal material.
