PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent barrier film winding roll preventing the occurrence of blocking of a film roll, easily peeling the film roll at post- processing, preventing the breakage of the film roll and reduction in physical properties and the like of the film roll, having an excellent post-processing property, preventing degradation in a barrier property for preventing the permeation of especially gaseous oxygen and water vapor included in the film roll, and being suitable for filling up and packing various articles including eat and drink articles. SOLUTION: A transparent barrier film roll winds up a roll provided with an inorganic oxide evaporated membrane on one surface of a base film material at least every 2000 to 8000 m in a longitudinal direction while shifting to the right or the left in a width direction by a space not more than 10 mm.
